Digital tickets

Tickets purchased online are delivered digitally. Immediately after payment you can view and print your ticket from the confirmation page, and a copy is emailed to the address you provided. Please carry a printed or digital copy of your ticket to the venue.

Physical products

If we offer physical products (such as accessories supplied by our directory partners), shipping terms and delivery times are shown at checkout and depend on the supplier and destination. Please allow for the applicable processing time before dispatch.

Problems with delivery

If your digital ticket or order does not arrive, please check your spam folder and then contact us; we will re-send your tickets or investigate any physical delivery issue.
