Tickets once purchased are not cancellable. No refunds will be issued. Tickets are transferable to someone else.

Events & workshops

For community events, workshops and directory-related services, cancellation terms are communicated at the time of registration. If an event is cancelled by the organiser, registered participants will be offered a full refund or a credit.
